What is the Bad Beat Jackpot (BBJ)?
The Bad Beat Jackpot (BBJ) is a special system in poker where a player who loses with a very strong hand receives a consolation prize. But the prize isn’t just for the “unlucky” loser—it’s shared with the winner of the hand and the rest of the players at the table as well. The goal? To soften the blow of a brutal loss—with a generous payout!
- %10 to the losing player (suffered bad beat)
- %4 to the winning player
- %4 to other active players (even if they folded)
- %4 The same stake applies to other players at the tables (those actively playing, even if they have folded)
- Jackpot Pool: $100,000
- Stake: $10/$20
- Jackpot Multiplier: 15%
- Total prize: $100,000 × 0.15 = $15,000
- Loser: $1,500
- Winner: $600
- Others: $600 (e.g., ~$150 each for 4 players)

- At this level, the Klas JP Pool multiplier is: 10%
